At BookTrove, we do our very best to ensure that your order is sufficiently protected before setting it off to the courier Abangs. This is why we are unable to provide refunds for products that are damaged/lost during shipment. If you believe that you need more protection because you have experienced with parcels delivered damaged, please let us know during checkout so that we can put in extra protection for your orders to arrive in your hands safe and sound.
